-Day 1: Cape Town
You will be transported to your hotel from Cape Town International Airport. Unwind and recharge with an hour of guided Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga in Cape Town’s only Sea view Yoga Studio. Stay at an ideal location where there is access by car or train, a short distance to Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach, and the City Centre a mere half-hour away from where you can discover Cape Town at your own pace with the hop-on-hop-off bus.
Guests will overnight at African Soul Surfer, the location for the first studio-based class with sweeping views of Muizenberg and where surf lessons are offered.
-Day 2: Cape Town
Every day starts with a wholesome breakfast on the balcony checking out the conditions, before heading out for a 1.5-hour Surf Lesson with qualified Instructors.
Suitable for total beginners to intermediate surfers wishing to improve their skills. All equipment included.
Yoga
After a morning spent surfing and enjoying the beach, unwind and recharge with an hour of guided Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga in a purpose-built Seaview studio each evening.
The practice is gentle and mindful and will introduce you to the art of breathing and how to get the most out of your body. Suitable for beginners or experienced Yogis.

Similar to day 2, with yoga in a sea-view Studio with a variety of daily yoga classes, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Iyengar Yoga plus Chi Gung.
-Day 5
After a morning spent surfing and enjoying the beach, you leave for an excursion to discover Cape Town at your own pace with the hop-on-hop-off bus. You go to your hotel near the waterfront where you spend the night.
-Day 6
